Novus IP Referral Partner Incentive: Rugby World Cup 2027 Trip Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the Novus IP Referral Partner Incentive Program (the “Program”) and outline the eligibility, rules, and guidelines for referral partners to qualify for the prize of an all-expenses-paid luxury trip to the Rugby World Cup 2027 in Australia (the “Prize”). By participating in the Program, each referral partner (“Participant”) agrees to comply with these Terms.

1. Eligibility

  1. The Program is open to all referral partners of Novus IP (“Participants”).
  2. Participants must be actively engaged in referring clients to Novus IP during the Program period (1 January 2025 – 31 December 2026).
  3. Only direct referrals that result in new contracts signed and active business relationships with Novus IP during the eligibility period will be counted toward the incentive. This excludes any referrals that are currently in process of joining Novus IP and also excludes any clients renewing their contracts at Novus IP.

2. Prize Structure

  1. Full Luxury Experience Per R1 Million Gross Revenue: For every R1 million in gross revenue generated by Novus IP through referred clients, the Participant will qualify for a full paid luxury experience to the Rugby World Cup 2027 in Australia.
  2. Luxury Experience Details: This includes business class flights, luxury hotel accommodation, tickets to Rugby World Cup match(es), and spending money. The total value of this luxury experience is up to R200,000 per R1 million of gross revenue.
  3. For example, a Participant who brings in R2 million in gross revenue would qualify for two full luxury experiences (valued at R200,000 each), and so on.

3. Qualification Criteria

  1. To qualify for the Prize, a Participant must bring in clients whose accumulated gross revenue for Novus IP totals R1 million or more between 1 January 2025 and 31 December 2026 (the “Qualification Period”).
  2. Gross revenue refers to the total amount, excluding VAT, invoiced by Novus IP for services provided to clients referred by the Participant.
  3. Only new clients who sign contracts with Novus IP during the Qualification Period will be considered. Clients referred prior to 1 January 2025 or after 31 December 2026 will not be counted. This excludes any referrals that are currently in process of joining Novus IP.
